Purchase and Delivery
– Purchase and Confirmation
Please check your Purchase confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes cannot be made once your purchase is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Purchase Confirmation Email.
If you do not receive a Purchase Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your Purchase and your Purchase number.
– Cancellations
All cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your purchase is considered current unless canceled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd. Purchases cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
– Product Availability
Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd product availability is updated regularly, if however an item has sold out and is not in stock we will contact you asap to change or cancel your purchase.
– Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. Purchases that are shipped outside of Australia are GST exempt and the GST will be deducted from your order.
Prices listed are inclusive of packaging but exclude Shipping costs. Shipping will be added to the order at the checkout prior to purchasing. See shipping and delivery for more information.
In rare cases the correct shipping costs may not show at the checkout. Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the shipping costs of your Purchase & will contact you to advise if there is any change to your shipping costs. In this case you will be asked to accept the charge before we ship your Purchase. You or Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd may choose to cancel your purchase if you do not accept the shipping charge.
Purchases
When a purchase is completed the customer will be issued with a tax invoice via email.
Once the purchase has been despatched you will receive via email the shipping details including tracking details.
– Currency
We trade in Australian Dollars only. International purchases can be made, however an international credit card surcharge will apply.
– International Orders
Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd delivers to most countries Worldwide. We have set shipping rates for orders up to 5kgs, anything over this weight, will be quoted separately.
For those countries that are not listed at the checkout please e-mail us with your order and we will confirm payment and shipping cost.
– Missing/Damaged items in Transit
Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit.
Please ensure you open your parcel, check all items are included and are undamaged. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your purchase.
In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged or lost please call or email us with a description of the damage or loss and if possible a photograph of the damaged goods.
We consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis.
Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 7 days of the customer receiving the goods.
– Products Deemed Faulty
We pride ourselves on quality control and we check all products to the best of our ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling.
Please call or email us with your purchase details. Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be asked to email us a photograph of the Faulty Item.
Claims for Faulty items cannot be accepted after 7 days of the customer receiving the goods
Faulty items will need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Our return policy for Faulty items does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We suggest that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you have requested a refund for the faulty product, once inspected and the return approved, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. If exchanging the faulty item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.
Payment Security and Options
– Payment Options
Credit Card: we accept Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit cards only. Credit card transactions are processed through eWay, a highly respected and extremely secure payment gateway.
Returns and Exchanges
– No Refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour, and product choice, however we are happy to offer an Exchange or Store credit within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods.
– Faulty items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit provided we are notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. See (Products deemed Faulty for more information)
– Please Contact us via telephone or email within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will happily try and accommodate any Faults, changes or errors in purchasing.
– Additional shipping and return shipping for exchange or store credit will be charged to the customer.
– Conditions of Exchange or store credit:
1. The Product must be in its original condition, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and tags attached.
2. Call us or email us within 7 days, with the following details: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or store credit.
3. Post the product(s) to the following address: Unit 42, 49-51 Mitchell Rd, Brookvale NSW, Australia, 2100
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will an exchange or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging or without tags attached, in these circumstances the used item(s) will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
We suggest that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We exclude liability to you for any unforeseeable loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any goods or services provided to you. (not sure about this bit, will check and get back to you)
You acknowledge that all measurements are approximate and that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
Promotional Emails
If you select to receive promotional emails form Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails you may unsubscribe at any time.
Refusal to supply services or products
Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Starchild Enterprises Pty Ltd believes violates any of the afore-mentioned terms and conditions.
